‘Hide in Chrome menu’ / ‘Show in toolbar’ Context Menu option for extension icons

Hide Chrome Extension Icons in the Chrome Menu. Till now Google Chrome browser allows to hide extension icon(s) that appear on its toolbar, a year back, Chromium team has tested a new extension toolbar design (you need to enable Enable Extension toolbar redesign flag for that though) which allowed to move extension icons one by one selectively into menu by dragging and dropping, now here is an update to that:

Chrome dev channel has this feature now enabled by default and you can notice ‘hide in Chrome menu‘ option on the extension icon context menu, the icon that gets into the menu, offers the option ‘Show in toolbar’.

New Vivaldi Snapshot adds Web Panels, Extension buttons UI and Progress bar info

Chrome team is testing this currently on developer channel, this feature may or may not land in stable channel. Other developments related to this is browser is showing a notification about ‘All your extensions are here  Use the context (right-click) menu to remove the extensions you don’t need.’
