Defraggler is a freeware Defrag tool from the makers of CCleaner, not only allows to defrag entire hard drive but lets you defrag individual files and folders as well, today, Piriform has released Defraggler 2.08 version with new features, improvements and bug fixes. File and drive benchmarking and Volume Shadow Compatible mode are added, SSD detection and disk health tab features are improved.

Benchmark drive, files and folders
Defraggler new version now benchmarks your drive, files and folders. Benchmarking of a drive can be performed from the drive tab. You can benchmark a file by selecting and right-clicking on it in the File List .
Volume Shadow Service (VSS) can be stopped during defragmentation NTFS volumes, you can enable/find this option in Advanced tab of program options.
Disk Health tab can now display health condition of HDD along with other parameters including temperature (in Celsius) now supports Fahrenheit, you can find this option in ‘General’ tab.
Defraggler works on Windows XP/Vista/7/8.
