Build 11 for Internet Download Manager 6.17 has been released and available for download. Internet Download Manager 6.17 build 11 has added support for Firefox 26– which currently in Aurora channel- and SeaMonkey 2.21. This release fixes errors with IDM when downloading files from Chrome. This version also fixes other bugs and resolves issues that prevent videos download from several sites.

The errors fixed relates to Chrome are “ file assembling, missing file errors, problems with non-playing videos, or videos without a sound when taking over downloading of videos in Google Chrome”.

Latest IDM version works on Windows XP/Vista/7 and Windows 8 and is compatible with upcoming Windows 8.1 and IE11.
