Google Chrome to show how many incognito Windows you’ve open by showing their count next to the incognito icon on toolbar and lets you close all of them easily.
Chrome has “Incognito Window counter” flag available for a while now for Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome OS in about:flags, the experimental feature when enabled, displays open Private browsing windows count next to the incognito icon on the toolbar and is clickable to offer exit incognito option in the menu.
The Counter appears only when Incognito window open is more than one. For instance, if you’ve three incognito Windows open, 3 number will be shown in all those windows and if you click on the number, a menu reveals number of windows open and offers an option to quit private browsing mode.
Today, Chromium developers have made a commit to enable the flag by default, but the commit doesn’t offer any other details when it will be shipped to the stable channel.
