Piriform has released CCleaner v5.13 and is available to download from their website. If you use registry Cleaner tool included in the CCleaner or not! This update has improved the registry cleaning it performs in Windows 10. This version has newly added support for Chrome and Opera media cache cleaning.
The developer has also tweaked Chrome Extension and Cache cleaning, and CCleaner‘s auto-update checking process. CCleaner by default automatically checks for its updates and notifies whenever available, expect Piriform’s popular tool to do this even better from this version onwards.
