First update for Opera Next 15 has made user profile migration feature available for Opera 12 users. User can import his profile in Opera 12 containing history, cookies, speed dial, bookmarks, and settings related to passwords and search engines to Opera Next 15. Users here should know: once migration completes Opera next 15’s profile will be lost as it will be replaced by Opera 12’s. And Opera 12 profile’s bookmarks will be available in bookmark importer, which can be found from Opera menu>More tools>Bookmark importer.
How to import Opera 12 profile into Opera Next 15
If you already have installed Opera 12 and using it, upon installing Opera Next latest update, “import profile” dialog pops up with (check screenshot below) its first run with the options: Ask me later, Import and restart and continue. Click on “ import and restart” button to restart Opera Next with Opera 12 profile.
