Contacting Cleverbridge

If either of the above methods or both, doesn’t help, you haven’t found the MBAM registration information in the email as well, and if you’ve purchased Malwarebytes from Cleverbridge before, then visit this link and enter the email address, which you gave them during the online purchase. It will look up all your orders processed under that email, and emails seeking information to you.

Or you can contact Cleverbridge customer support via email or phone, you need to provide them information such as cleverbridge reference number, date of purchase, email address used, etc. to find your information.

Note: If you’ve bought Malwarebytes 2.0 version and above and performed a clean install on your computer, then it’s tough to find that information in the registry, because it’s already encrypted.
