Microsoft updates .NET Framework Repair Tool with .NET 4.8 Support

Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool which can detect and fix  .NET Framework install issues has been updated to support .NET  versions 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2 and 4.8.

Microsoft has first released the .NET Framework Repair tool back in 2012 to “fix some frequently occurring issues with the setup of .NET Framework or with updates to Microsoft .NET Framework”. The tool with easy to use Wizard interface, “tries to resolve those issues by applying known fixes or by repairing corrupted installations of the supported .NET Framework versions”,

While the latest Windows 10 version 1903 already comes with .NET Framework 4.8 installed by default, so you don’t need to install it but users using earlier versions of Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 may require to install a recent .NET Framework version by using Windows Update or by downloading from Microsoft download site.
