This requires, you to be running
- Windows 10 insider preview build 20279 or 21292
Enable Windows 10X Boot Animation on Windows 10
- Open registry editor by using “Regedit” in the Run dialog
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMControlSet001Control
- Right-click on Control and add a new Key named “BootControl“
- On the right pane, create a new D-Word (32-bit) value named “BootProgressAnimation”

- Set its value as 1
Restart your computer to see the start screen of Windows 10X for your Windows 10 Operating System.
You can also download the registry file WindowsXbootScreenWin10, right-click and select “Merge”.
