If you’re using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium version (not the free one), when you open it, its dashboard may show ‘Your System is not fully protected’ error (check the screenshot below), it also offers ‘Fix Now’ button which does nothing on clicking, and Real-time protection shows ‘No protection’. Fixing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware’s ‘Your System is not fully protected’ error
1. First things first, right click on the MBAM icon in the system tray and make sure Malware Protection and Malicious Website protection have ticks against them, if not enable by selecting them. You can also turn these features on in ‘Detection and Protection’ in Settings.
2. Restart your computer, and open Malwarebytes, now that error goes away, in place of it, regular ‘Your system is fully protected’ message will be shown.

If the above steps don’t help, you’ve no other option left, you’ve uninstall and reinstall anti-malware.
