Google has been working on the new Extensions toolbar menu for over a year. The feature is still in development, but it now allows to disable all extensions on specific websites.
Chrome bid adieu to the puzzle piece icon for Extensions sometime back and replaced it with a new icon. Not only that, the Extensions menu has been updated to allow users to control extensions’ access to the website.
By glancing at the Extensions menu icon on the toolbar, you can determine if Extensions have site access or not. The icon shows a tick mark if extensions have site access. Otherwise, it appears crossed out.
The tick mark indicates “Extensions are allowed on the site” while the crossed-out icon signifies ” “Extensions are blocked on the site”.
The newly redesigned Extensions menu features a domain name, a gear icon to manage extensions, and a toggle to disable or enable extensions on the website.
To turn off extensions on a site basis in Chrome, you need to follow the steps..
Enable redesigned Extensions Menu in Chrome

This is a kinda block listing or whitelisting Chrome extensions for certain sites. The extensions won’t enable on those sites unless you manually re-enable them.
Until now, there has been no way to turn off extensions for individual websites or tabs. You need to disable all extensions in Chrome. This will no longer be the case going forward.
