Mozilla has updated how it displays a site certificate information in Firefox browser by adding a new “certificate viewer” at about:certificate page and the change is enabled by default in Nightly 70. The company also provided a setting to disable Picture-in-Picture Video toggle icon in the Preferences.
As of now, if you now view any site’s certificate info from the “Security” tab in “Page info” dialog, Firefox displays information in General and Details tabs where former provides who issued the certificate to whom, period of validity, Fingerprints. Latter shows Certificate hierarchy, certificate fields, and field value.
Now in Firefox 70, the certificate details will open and displayed in a tab in “about:certificate” page with more information about certificate chain in tabs. The organization wants to ship this new Certificate Viewer with Firefox 71.

Or hit alt key, Tools > Page Info > Security > View Certificate.
Picture in Picture feature which lets you view a video on top of other windows in a mini window in Firefox browser is still being tested by Mozilla. The feature is now enabled by default in beta and Nightly channels.
To view a video in Picture in Picture mode, you need to right click on it and select the option or you can just hover over the video and click on blue colored Picture in Picture toggle button, but Mozilla thinks the PiP toggle icon can be intrusive to some and thus company is now providing an option for users in browser Preferences to enable/disable that.
You can find the the option here: Settings > General > Browsing > Enable picture-in-picture video controls
