Fixing Obsolete Firefox browser integration error or how to integrate IDM into Firefox browser successfully

1. First make sure, you’re using the latest version of IDM, for that, click on Help and select ‘Check for updates’ , if update available install or if you knew, you’re already using the new version you can skip this step.

2. Open Windows Explorer, Tools>Folder Options >View> uncheck ‘Hide extensions for Known files types’, click OK to apply the changes.

3.  Now navigate to C:Programs FilesInternet Download Manager, drag and drop idmzzcc.xpi (or use offered by Tonec) on to browser address bar and press enter (ensure Firefox is already open and running), install the extension once dialog is displayed.

4. Restart Mozilla browser, open and view add-ons manager, you can now see IDM CC extension installed.
