Chromium-based Vivaldi browser till now in both stable and snapshots, doesn’t show the estimated time remaining for a download to complete in download panel, the latest snapshot does that. Snapshot 1.2.490.3 release closes in on a Vivaldi 1.2 final release. This development build has fixed a lot of bugs.
