Recently, in Firefox 62, Mozilla has added Tracking Protection option to the hamburger menu, this allows user to turn Tracking Protection on/off from menu itself without visiting Privacy & Preferences Settings. For some reason, if you don’t find it useful or unnecessary, Firefox team allows to disable it in Firefox version 63, here is how you can do that. FYI, the Firefox browser also shows Tracking Protection status for the normal browsing mode in identity box.
