Few days back Microsoft released cumulative update KB4103721 for Windows 10 April 2018 Update, that also includes a fix for Chrome freezing issues. Yesterday, the two cumulative updates– KB4103722 and KB4103720 –for Windows 10 versions 1703 and 1607 have been published and available for download via Window Update. Both the cumulative updates bring quality improvements to respective Windows versions.

KB4103722 for Windows 10 version 1703 updates the OS build number to 15063-1112, where as KB4103720 for Windows 10 version 1607 changes the OS build number to 14393.2273.

Do note Windows 10 anniversary update has reached end of support on April 08, 2018. Devices running pro and Home versions don’t receive this update, but Enterprise and Education edition customers will. Microsoft recommends Anniversary Update users to update to latest version of Windows 10.
