Opera competes with Edge w/ new Browser AI, Aria on Sidebar

Today, Opera Software has introduced its new browser AI, Aria. Aria is available as a free service in early access for Opera browser on Windows, Mac and Linux, and Android. You can check Aria’s uniqueness when compared with other Browser AI and its enhanced AI capabilities below.

Opera intergrates its AI chatbot Aria into Sidebar

Aria uses Opera’s compose architecture that allows it to connect to OpenAI’s chatGPT technology.

It can do live web searches, generate text code, and answers users’ product queries.

Aria can generate real-time results when compared with ChatGPT where the latter is limited information prior to September 2021. For instance, Aria told the current President of India as where ChatGPT said it as Ram Nath Kovind.

When comes to privacy, Opera says Aria does not access user browsing data outside the chat box.

Recently, Opera integrated ChatGPT into the browser sidebar along with the AI Prompts feature. Opera has also unveiled Opera One, its next flagship browser. Now, Opera is moving ahead with a new browser AI.

How to Access Opera browser AI, Aria

  1. For desktop:
    Download Opera One and install
    For Android:
    Download Opera browser Beta from the Play Store.
  2. Create an Opera Account
  3. You’ll receive an email about Aria Access or you’ll know your account whitelisting status inside the product
  4. Once your account is whitelisted, you can access Aria by clicking on the Aria icon on the Opera One sidebar or through Settings for Opera for Android beta

After Microsoft Integrated Bing chat in Edge, now, Opera browser has added its AI chatbot, Aria to its Sidebar, when Bard will be available inside Google Chrome?
