Most failures on a computer come down to an old build, a weak connection or the browser.
The Store app will not download or install
The Microsoft Store cache or a pending Windows update is blocking the install.
- Press Windows + R, type wsreset.exe and press Enter; the Store reopens when the reset finishes.
- Open Settings, then Windows Update, and install anything pending.
- Sign in to the Microsoft Store with a Microsoft account.
- Try the install again, or use pluto.tv in the browser meanwhile.
