Firefox 64 to always autofill bookmarks irrespective of their Visited Status

Mozilla has updated autofill algorithm in Firefox 64 for the address bar to always autocomplete bookmarks irrespective of whether they’re visited or not in the first place by the user. Till now, Firefox address bar has auto-filled bookmarks only by depending on the number of visits to them, the more you visit, the chances are high for it to be auto-filled. There is a case where user bookmarks some pages and clears browsing history or sets Firefox not to remember browser history, the address bar then won’t autofill them, this has been addressed by the company and target for this change has been set as Firefox 64.

In other news, Mozilla has added native Windows 10 notifications support to Firefox 64 and is prepping new about:performance page for power users, which is enabled by default nightly. Firefox 65 version to make the page more useful with an additional Memory column.
