All the PST files are uploaded at a centralized location like file server or shared drive and uploaded to Office 365 with the help of Azure AzCopy tool. The Administrator trying to import the PST file must be assigned Mailbox Import Export role. Also, ensure that the administrator is a part of the Global Administrator in Office 365.
This method consists of six processes and each process is further broken down into multiple steps.

- Create a PST Import job in Office 365
