No More transaction password
Transaction password has been ditched, it’s no longer required. For online transactions, you now require login password, grid card and one time password.
My experience
Good, and issues I’ve with ICICI internet banking before have been addressed. The issues I faced were: Not able to create iWish account in any browser, I used to get ‘session expired message’ when I attempt to do that. And the bug where you can’t enter digits on back of your debit card in Chrome browser while completing the transaction has been fixed where browser used to show ‘enter numbers only’ message in the past.
You will get an email, once your account is upgraded.

You can’t? Though it is offer old version page for login, once you logged into it, you’ll be greeted with new layout. After login to the Website, click on My Accounts>Credit Cards, now you can see ‘virtual credit cards’ on left along with the other options. If you need more help, contact ICICI customer care.
How Can I switch Old version ICICI Bank Website ??
Now in new version icici login require login password, grid card and one time password.but I did not have grid card therefore I am unable to do online transaction.please let me guide the same.
There is no old version of ICICI bank website, but there is login page of such, you only need to enter username and password to enter into new version of site, grid is nothing but letters in back side of your debit card, contact your local branch or ICICI customer care for more help. Thanks.
I find the ICICI website is not compatiable with Google web browser. After login with dashboard option, the next page appears as “problem loading widget”. On pressing any other option the next page appears “this page is not avaible …..”. This does not happen with any other browsers like I E, Mozell. The customer support is of no help to me except they advised to use other browsers.
I am used to Google browser and I cont use ICICI web site. I can use all other bank sites with Google browser.

Try to access the website in Incognito mode, if the website works without any issues then culprit could be extensions installed in Chrome, then you’ve to trace down that extension.

Are you accessing the website at home or office? Do you use Proxy? Run Google software removal tool on your computer https://www.google.com/chrome/srt/, after that, do reset even if no malware found on your computer. If that doesn’t help install IE tab extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ie-tab/hehijbfgiekmjfkfjpbkbammjbdenadd?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon in Chrome and visit that ICICI website using that, this extension renders IE engine with in Chrome.
