Security vendor BitDefender entered into Cloud Storage market- launched Safebox offers 2GB of free space and 6o GB of storage for premium users to store files and folders securely and lets you share them with a single click from your account. Safebox allows synchronization of data across PCs and Android devices and BitDefender promises it’ll make Safebox to available soon via iPad and iPhone apps.
“With just a click, users can sync, store and share documents with any number of friends,” Product Manager Cosmin Sandu said. “Throughout the product design and beta testing, we emphasized user convenience and ease of use. Safebox offers a perfect solution to prevent data loss as well.”
BitDefender Safebox features
Safebox allows multiple folders synchronization, offers real-time backup i.e back up files and folders whenever they are changed. Users uploaded files are encrypted when they’re stored on BitDefender’s servers.
Users can manage or access their files instantly from any where from any web connected device. Safebox offers offline access for files on mobile devices all users need to do is mark their important files as favorites.
