
Google offers personalized search results by default for everyone, with recent launch of Google+ , they want you to access all private information you put on Google+ such as photos and posts in Google search results, of course, you need to be logged into your Google account for this, which turns Google search engine into Search plus your world, some users may like it, some may not, here is how to turn off these personalized results in Google.
Search Plus Your World is still rolling out to users worldwide and may not available to you, anyhow visit http://google.com/ncr in your browser and sign into your Gmail/Google account and start search.
Now You can Save Google Search Settings to Your Google Account
Now you’ll see some personal results on top, check the screenshot below, you can click on personal results icon on right-side to view more relevant results to you and from your friends. These personal results include posts and photos you shared on Google+ and those shared with you, you can only see this page.
You can search for profiles you’re interested to follow. You can search for people profiles and Google+ pages .

Turning off personalized search results in Google
Are you annoyed? seems many people (may be not the case with some Google+ users)
Click on Settings icon > Search Settings, select Do not use personal results under personal results and click save.
For Google+ Users Now There is a Share box on Google Homepage apart from SPYW
I disabled these results once for my Google account without taking screenshots, so now I am not able to reproduce that.
