With Internet Explorer options window you can able to access and configure IE’s General, Security, Content and other settings so that you can protect your privacy and Computer’s Security and make IE work the way you want it to, in these settings we rarely access Programs, Connections and Advanced tabs, neither the Windows nor IE allows to hide them where IE9 Control Options Tabs freeware portable tool lets you hide or show various tabs in the IE options window.
Using IE9 Control Options Tabs
Download the program zip file, extract its contents to a folder and run IE9 Control Options Tabs executable. Click on Enable Control Options tabs and now you can select one or more tabs on the program window and click the hide button and click Fix Status button, those tabs will disappear (check the screenshot above: connections, programs and Advanced Tabs disappeared on IE options window)
To show them again select the tabs and click Show and followed by Fix Status button.
IE9 Control Options Tabs works on Windows XP/Vista/7 and with IE7/8/9 browsers.
