We’ve already covered F1 by Mozilla Labs Firefox add-on which lets you share links fast from Firefox browser, based on F1 Mozilla created Firefox Share which also lets you share links from any web page from Firefox but in different ways when compared to F1.
Firefox Share allows to share links from any webpage via Twitter, Facebook and Gmail (you need to login to respective accounts for that). After installing the extension, click on icon next to URL to share the page with your friends via Twitter,Facebook, Gmail.
Firefox Share integrates with look and feel of Firefox to the Operating System you’re using, i.e Firefox Share looks like Windows on Windows and Mac-like on Windows.
Unlike to F1 Firefox Share doesn’t need to use Mozilla servers to communicate between Browser and service providers like Twitter, Facebook and Gmail, Firefox Share enabled browsers communicates directly with the service providers. Mozilla planning to add more services in future to their extension to share links.
This alpha release drops support for LinkedIn, Google Apps, Yahoo and multiple accounts per service.
