IObit released freeware portable IObit Uninstaller 2 with new features which is now strong competitor to Revo Uninstaller. Useful features for users in this release are Batch Uninstall and “Forced Uninstall” (these features existed in IObit Uninstaller first version also). This app allows to batch uninstall several apps with a single click and Forced Uninstall lets you search for the programs names which are not listed in add or remove programs and uninstalls them directly in search results.
Using IObit Uninstaller 2
Download and run the program. This app displays list of installed programs, toolbars, recently installed programs, large programs, rarely used programs lists windows Updates if any install in the Windows Updates section.
This app offers standard uninstall and Advanced Uninstall modes, where by default Advanced Uninstall mode is selected if you select a program and click “Uninstall” button.

- First creates a system restore point
- Then the app’s uninstaller performs the built- in uninstall.
- And after that “Powerful scan” scans for leftover items in the registry and on the hard drive and removes them.
Batch uninstalling apps with IObit Uninstaller
From the program’s interface select “Batch Uninstall” and select the programs you want to uninstall, then click Uninstall button. Here the app uninstalls selected apps one- by-one in standard mode (if you cancel uninstall of one app ,then uninstall process will continue for other apps).
And then Powerful Scan removes left over items in the registry & on the hard drive one- by- one for each app (if you cancel powerful scan, then removing leftover items for other apps also be stopped.)
