Applying Radian Boot Screen for Windows 7
You need use Windows 7 Boot Updater for this and do remember to backup copy of default boot screen. Download & extract Radian Boot Screen along with Windows 7 Boot Updater archive to a folder.
First open Windows 7 Boot Updater, from File menu, select Load boot Skin, locate .bs7 file extracted earlier and click Apply and reboot your system. You can preview the Radio Boot Screen in Win7 Boot updater after loading it by clicking “Play” button, if you liked it then only click “Apply” button.

Backing Up current Boot Skin:
From Windows 7 Boot updater File menu>select Save Boot skin as and save it with your preferred file name you remember.
The only thing I don’t like is that the animation rotates anti-clockwise, opposite of every other “progress” type animation. Kinda bothers me a little.
