New version of Skype, Skype 5 for Mac has been released and available for download from Skype website. Skype 5 with a number of user interface improvements offers group video calling as a part of the premium package.
The Windows Size, contact list or the way instant messages are displayed for Skype are minimized in this version when compared to older one. The Contact monitor is much easier to find from the Windows menu.
Full screen mode in video calls has been returned to Skype 5 for Mac version, when you’re in a call you can click the button to switch to full screen and click again to return to the call to the Skype window. It’s more easier to chat when you’re on a call, click the button to reveal the chat panel and click it again to hide.
