Though Google Chrome does offer Bookmarks bar which you can hide/show below the Chrome toolbar using Ctrl+Shift+B shortcut and further more you need to open Bookmarks Manager to view,find and open bookmarks, Bookmarks List from Context Menu extension for Chrome allows to access and launch bookmarks from Chrome’s right click menu.
With this extension, you can able to view all the bookmarks from context menu and launch them in a new tab. Bookmarks list from context menu offers the option to open bookmarks from current tab also.
