Just visit http://www.google.com/webhp?esrch=instantpreviews in your browser.
Click the magnifying glass icon to to view instant preview for search results, and you can hover the cursor on other results to view the previews for other search results . Or you can use right arrow key to view the preview and bottom arrow to view the previews for search results.
