While Google continue to ignore Opera by not supporting their recent features like Google Instant and Google Instant Previews, Opera team released a new snapshot of Opera 11 which just adds search suggestions for Google to Opera.
With this Opera build, when you search from address bar or search bar predicted search queries will appear in the drop down menu.
This what Opera blog post says “ Today’s snapshot implements support for a frequently supported feature: Google Search Predictions. When you search using the search field or from the address filed with the ‘g ‘ search keyword , the predicted search queries will appear in the drop down below.”
