Gmail organizes mail into conversations which is grouping of all replies with original message where as other email systems unlike to Gmail shows responses as separate messages in your inbox. In Gmail replies to replies (and replies to those replies) are displayed in one place which makes easy for the user to follow the conversation .If you don’t like conversation view in Gmail you can Gmail now allows to turn it off, here is how.
Turning off Gmail’s Conversation view
- Sign into Gmail go to main settings,
- Look for the “Conversation View “section , select turn it off and save changes.
