SARDU(Shardana Antivirus Rescue Disk Utility) will combine all multiple rescue and bootable ISOs into single ISO file which you can burn into single Bootable CD/DVD or use SARDU to create Bootable USB Drive.SARDU will help in carrying all antivirus rescue disks in a single disk rather than carrying multiple boot CDs.

Download and extract files of SARDU onto your Computer, and run SARDU application.SARDU will show 4 tabs containing categories Antivirus , Utility, Linux and PE.Each antivirus ISO is presented with check box.
Now click each antivirus rescue ISO entry will take you to download page of particular ISO file in your default browser, download the ISO file and copy it to the ISO folder in SARDU application folder.This way download all necessary rescue ISOs and copy them to ISO folder in SARDU folder.
Now upon clicking Make ISO, SARDU will combines multiple ISOs into single ISO and places it in SARDU folder called ISO created, which you can burn into single disk.
SARDU is freeware.
