Firefox 3.0.12 users will be updated to Firefox 3.0.13 automatically if you enabled update,if not you can update by
1.Open Firefox and from help menu ,click “check for updates”.
2.Your Firefox version will be updated to Firefox 3.0.13.
You can update to latest Firefox 3.5.2 by checking for updates form help menu in Firefox 3.0.13.
