How to Update AVG Offline

It will be very necessary to update your Antivirus software to be  protected from new viruses that keep coming, targeting your computer whether its online or offline. It’s very easy for PC users who have an Internet connection as Anti-Virus updates itself automatically. Offline users have to download virus definitions manually and then they  have to update their AVG Anti-virus.

To update AVG Offline

1. After downloading AVG Virus definitions file,  open AVG User Interface.

2, Select Tools menu select update from directory, show the path where the virus definitions file to be saved and click OK

4.AVG update Manager will run, your Virus definitions of AVG will be  updated and you’ll get Update was finished successfully message, thus your computer is now protected from new viruses.
