BSNL allows Broadband users to change their plan, the quicker way to change your plan is to visit the nearest BSNL office and submit the plan change form, this takes 24 hours for your request to be processed, but approaching the customer care via Phone for the same takes more than three days.

Find out which BSNL Broadband plan you’re using
1. Visit BSNL selfcare portal in browser
2. Sign into it with your username and password (if you don’t have an account, create one – useful to track broadband data usage online)
3. Under ‘My Subscribed Services’, expand Landline by clicking on ‘+’ sign and further expand Broadband, you’ll see the broadband plan you’re on.
