Recently, Adwcleaner 6.0 released with new UI and Icedragon and Vivaldi browser support, since it’s a portable tool, no installation is needed, then why to uninstall? Does the tool itself offers that option? Since the newer versions of adwcleaner will be released with definition updates, it is recommended and makes sense for the user to always use the latest version of the tool, as it detects newly emerging adware.
Yes, Adwcleaner has the uninstall option, not in the Control Panel’s Programs and Features applet, but in the tool itself.
Open Adwcleaner, click on the File menu and chose uninstall, with its removal, quarantine will also be emptied.
