Avira Free Antivirus 2016 released with PUA shield. Germany-based security company Avira has released Avira 2016 products, claims they’re super secure, super fast and super light. Apart from the upgraded virus engine and enhanced malware removal, the only change Avira 2016 version got when compared to Avira 2015 is the addition of PUA shield to Browser Safety extension, which identifies and blocks potentially unwanted application downloads in download portals and recommends secure alternatives.
