Opera 33 based on Chromium 46 has been released for Windows, Mac and Linux platforms, and available to download from the Opera website. This version comes with new features, bug fixes and improvements, apart from that, Opera Software has added their new Opera ‘O” icon, which you can notice in the menu button, on the task bar and on the desktop.

Welcome Opera Turbo 2
Opera Turbo, which speeds up browsing on slow networks by compressing data such as images through their servers has got Turbo 2 compression included in version 33 which offers smooth internet speed for their users. To see it in action, click on Opera menu and select ‘Opera Turbo’. Opera says ‘You won’t notice any changes to the layout or interactivity of the page, just smooth, smooth speed’.
Opera Turbo includes Turbo 2 compression, bringing you more site compatibility when speeding up networks and more speed when watching videos online.
Uses less memory
Thanks to Opera team for contributing to Chromium project and improving Blink rendering engine speed, result: Chromium’s memory has been reduced on devices that run on older hardware.
