Like Windows 8, Windows 10 also lets you create a repair disc. Though Windows 10 offers the advanced options that contains recovery tools to troubleshoot issues with the Operating System, we’re unable to select a restore point that exists by running the system restore option to fix the the error ‘Your PC ran into a problem and needs a restart you can search for the error online: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL‘, as the error also stated it cannot access the disk connected to the computer.
But creating a System Repair Disc for Windows 10 can be handy and useful at times, when you’re unable to access advanced options or they don’t work for you sometimes when you run from your hard drive due to disk access issues.
What is a System repair disc?

Creating a System Repair Disc for Windows 10
1. Open Run dialog and type ‘recdisc.exe’ without the quotes and press enter,
2. Select a DVD drive, insert a blank disc into the drive, and click ‘Create disc’
3. Follow the instructions on the screen, once the process completes, label the disc as you like for e.g. as ‘Repair disc Windows 10’, keep it aside somewhere and use it when the need arises.
