Anti-Exploit from Malwarebytes which is yet in Beta has got an update,  it has been re-architected to run as a Windows service and work in multi-user environments. The new architecture doesn’t allow non-admin users from stopping protection, managing exclusions and clearing logs, so total control of MBAE is within the hands of admin users.

Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit’s Windows Service

Once installed, ‘Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Service’ runs automatically from startup, you can find it installed in MBAE directory under Program Files as mbae-svc.exe. This service startup type is set to automatic, you can find and notice it when you open the Services MMC Snap-in after running ‘Services’ command in Run dialog box.

Application’s new installer handles hot-upgrades to new versions of program and completely uninstalls MBAE program files. There are other slight improvements in the UI and fixes included for small bugs. And beta expiration messages are now less intrusive than before.

Note: Uninstall previous version before installing the new one, and close all browsers and other Windows apps before starting the installation.
