How to Make Find bar in Firefox to Hide Automatically while Changing between Tabs

in Firefox,How to

Find bar in Firefox browser which you use to search for particular content on web page always brings some inconvenience to the user- it stays open and visible for all the tabs you’ve opened in browser and there is no way to make it visible for particular tab you’re working on. Meet Findbar autohide an extension for Firefox that automatically hides the Find bar when you switch to another tab, and you can bring it back to focus on another tab at any time by pressing Ctrl +F buttons on keyboard.

You can open Find bar by pressing Ctrl+F keyboard shortcut. This Find bar appears at the bottom of Firefox window. There are two advantages with auto hiding Find bar first, some space will be saved and you won’t get distracted about Find bar when changing between tabs.

You can install Findbar Autohide extension for Firefox from here.

Thanks in advance.
