Get Currently for Chrome Feature in Firefox with Moment

in Firefox

Do you remember Curretnly, an extension that turns Google Chrome’s New tab page into minimalistic one with Date and Time, if you want similar feature in Firefox you can now have it with Moment Extension. Moment replaces Firefox NTP introduced in Firefox 13 with Date and time.

Moment Extension turns Firefox New Tab Page to Minimalist Clock that shows date and time

“A minimalist clock on the new tab page showing the current time and date. Both the background color and the text color are fully customizable.

Inspired by Rainfall’s Currently and built around ViJo’s Big Clock Background.”

Unfortunately this extension not worked for me on Firefox 17 beta and customization of background color is also seems difficult from here.

What do you say about this extension? has it worked for you? let me know through your comments.

Update: The add-on has been updated and its worked for me on Firefox 17 Beta, it will work for you also, give it a try.

Hi,
Thanks for posting!
I’m the developer of Moment. I recently updated the add-on to version 0.2.5, which, as well as being fully functional and fully reviewed by AMO, now also includes a weather feature.

I was wondering how I could actually point it to my location, instead of taking from my IP’s suggested location… ?
