If you’re a Google Docs user and haven’t started using Google Drive in the past let me tell you that from today onwards you’ll be nudged to try Drive when you visit docs.google.com where you can access all stored files in Google Docs. Yes! Drive is the new home for your files and all Docs users world-wide will be eventually switched to Drive. But if you don’t like the change Google lets you temporarily switch to old look of Google Docs by clicking on “temporarily use old look” button on pop up message or you can access the same from Settings menu in Google Drive also.
Google Docs to Drive switch brought other changes for Docs user- if you’ve subscribed to Google Docs blog feed you’ll still get updates from Google Drive blog automatically without any problems. And Google also switched their social accounts of Twitter and Google Plus to Drive.
