We’ve covered .Net Framework version checker tool and other ways to know the versions of .NET framework installed on your Computer, where the tool I mentioned earlier shows/lists .Net version names in a DOS window, meet .NET Version Detector freeware portable tool that not only shows different versions of .NET runtimes installed in your machine with GUI but also offers direct links to download them if not installed on your system. This tool  lets you open installed directories of Microsoft .NET framework on your Machine. Installed versions are shown with green color and others with red.

User can copy displayed information on the program window to the clipboard and from then onwards he can paste on notepad for future reference.

.NET version detector is a native application, doesn’t require any .NET runtimes lets you know different .Net versions installed and their location on your hard drive and also offers direct download links for run times. This app works on Windows XP/Vista/7.
