Now Airtel Prepaid subscribers can able to manage their accounts online at any time, anywhere. They can – check balance, recharge online, start /stop valued added services, activate 3G, view last 5 recharge details.
Get Itemised Bills for Airtel Prepaid usage for 50Rs.
Last month Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) asked mobile operators to provide itemised bills for customers not exceeding 50 Rs and also inform the customers the amount that deducted each time from their account from different services. TRAI has announced 45 days as deadline for mobile operator, Airtel is the first firm to offer this service to its prepaid customers,.
“Airtel prepaid mobile customers can now visit the new self care website to receive and activate customized offers on ‘my airtel, my offer’ (MAMO), view tariff & top up options, request for the itemised bill and more!”
Airtel Customer has to pay 50Rs to get “itemised prepaid bill” and he don’t need to pay again to request the same bill. First the customer has to register his mobile number on Airtel website and need to enter password send to his mobile via SMS to login to prepaid Airtel Selfcare portal .
