Opera 12 alpha released with Full hardware acceleration and WebGL, we’ve covered how to turn them off, on the other side much like Google Chrome and Firefox Opera added themes support for Opera 12, as users can try and install desired Opera themes to dress up their browser, they renamed skins to Themes now.
Opera currently offering 9 themes only which may be increased in future and Opera says these themes are light weighted.Currently Opera 12 allows to customize the background image and colorization only more options will be added in future.
How to install themes for Opera 12
1.Visit Opera themes page in your browser and click any of theme to install.
2. Where you can install one over other where Opera style will be changed. All listed themes will appear in Tools>appearance, you can switch between the themes from here.
Uninstalling/deleting Opera themes
- From Opera menu>select Appearance (use Shit +F12 shortcut instead)
- Select the theme you wish to delete and click Delete button.
- Similarly, you can delete all unneeded themes.
You can switch to default Opera theme by selecting Opera Standard or Windows Native Skin in Appearance window under Themes tab and click “Ok” button.
