After installing the app, right-click on Mouse w/o Borders icon in the system tray and from Personalize Logon Screen Menu select Bing.com.
Now Lock your Computer or log off from Windows to see Bing image as logon screen background. This background gets updated everyday, so everyday your Windows 7 logon screen looks colorful and beautiful with Bing homepage image.
Only one Privacy concern with this program is: it sends program usage data to Microsoft.
