Using Microsoft Safety Scanner
Microsoft Safety Scanner is a standalone tool you don’t need to install this in your Computer and offers 3 modes of scan – Quick Scan, Full Scan and Customized scan. After choosing the scan depending on scan type this tool scans for viruses, spywares and other malware and automatically removes if any found.
After the scan is over, a report is shown with threats detected and removed. Microsoft Safety Scanner expires after 10 days of download, so you should re-download and rerun the scan again with latest anti-malware definitions.
