Hi,
I tried everything you mentioned on your webpage here at {http://techdows.com/2010/10/user-accounts-window-opened-from-control-panel-appears-blank-or-grayed-out-fix.html} and most all of the commands worked except #3 {mshtml was loaded, but the dll RegisterServer entry point was not found}This file cannot be registered.
#4 Load Library{“the meul.dll’}failed- The specified module could not be found.
#5 Load Library {vbscript.dll} could not be found.

I don’t know why I’m having this problem, also I’m not able to restore pc back to an earlier point either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
Thank you,
Lori

Hi,
I tried everything above. Most of the command worked, except the #1,#3 and #5. Also I tried the automatic fix, but it seems not work at all. Please help me…

Hmm if automatic fix also doesn’t work? has your system behaving suspiciously with pops ups and hanging like that? have you scanned your system with antivirus?.
I suggest you to scan your system with Malwarebytes first then next go for Windows Repair if problem not solved.
